Black Friday is creeping up, and the early deals are already trickling out, including £30 off the popular Oura Ring 4. Right now you can save 9%, bringing the price down from £349 to £319 thanks to Amazon’s early Black Friday sale.
I’ve tested a wide range of fitness and sleep trackers as part of my work as a fitness writer, and the Oura Ring remains one of my favourites. I love that it offers a sleek alternative to bulky watches, tracking sleep, exercise, recovery, and overall health all from your finger.
With Oura recently launching the Ceramic version of the Ring 4, now is a great time to grab the Titanium model for less. If you’re interested, you can check out the Amazon deal below.
One of the things I love most about the Oura Ring 4 is how non-invasive it is. Weighing just 3.3 to 5.2 grams depending on the size, it fits comfortably and unobtrusively, and the app is clear, intuitive, and easy to check at a glance. There’s no fiddling or buttons to press. You just slip it on and go about your day while it quietly tracks everything in the background.
I also appreciate the design. A lot of fitness trackers can look a bit bulky or very obviously like a gadget. Oura has built something that genuinely passes as jewellery. You can wear it with gym leggings or a work outfit or even out for dinner and it doesn’t look like you are waiting to be asked how many steps or hours of sleep you cocked in the last 24 hours.
It also stands out for offering thoughtful hormonal-health features that many wearables lack.
While the Oura Ring 4 is designed for all users, those who want deeper insights into things like cycle patterns, pregnancy changes or perimenopause will find the Natural Cycles partnership and built-in tools incredibly helpful. And if you don’t need these features, they sit quietly in the background.
