The Vivo X300 series, which includes the vanilla model and the X300 Pro variant, is not a done deal yet, as there’s still the Vivo X300 Ultra in the pipeline. The launch is definitely not happening this year. But that isn’t stopping the company from securing the required certifications to make the phone official. In the latest development, a new Vivo phone, believed to be the Vivo X300 Ultra, has now been certified in China, revealing its fast charging speeds.
Vivo X300 Ultra is certified with 100W fast charging
A mysterious Vivo phone with the model number V2536A has bagged China’s quality certification with 100W fast wired charging. This is speculated to be the Vivo X300 Ultra. Interestingly, this is 100W USB PPS charging- 20V at 5A. This will apparently enable fast charging on par with Vivo’s own FlashCharge system.
Besides the fast charging speeds, the certification doesn’t mention any other hardware details. A recent leak claimed that the Vivo X300 Ultra will have a large 7,000mAh battery. In comparison, the Vivo X200 Ultra had a 6,000mAh cell and 90W fast charging, and 40W wireless.
Dual 200MP cameras, 2K display, and more
Besides the battery and charging, the Vivo X300 Ultra could feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 siblings shipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. The phone will reportedly get two 200MP sensors, with a large 1/1.12-inch main lens and a 1/1.4-inch telephoto lens. Besides these, it’ll also have a 50MP 1/1.28-inch ultrawide camera.
The Vivo X300 Ultra could feature a 6.8-inch display with 2K resolution BOE straight screen, a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and ultra-high frequency PWM dimming. It could get a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition. The Vivo X300 Ultra could debut around the end of Q1 2026. We can also expect a global launch.
