If you haven’t picked up a new MacBook yet, now might be the best time to give in. The 13-inch M4 MacBook Air is currently on sale at Amazon, dropping to its second-best price of $849 from $999. While it’s not the all-time low, it’s still a significant saving of $150, or 15%.
Keep in mind that only the Midnight color with 256 GB of storage has the biggest price cut. Other color options such as Silver, Sky Blue, and Starlight are priced at $899, which still offers a modest $100 discount from the regular price.
Why Buy the M4 Apple MacBook Air
The 13.6-inch model is the more manageable option between the two sizes of the M4 MacBook Air (review). It features the same set of enhancements, including a noticeably faster M4 chipset. The silicon is a solid step up from the M3, but the upgrade is more meaningful for users coming from earlier MacBook Air or Intel-based MacBook models.
