Not only does it boast better noise cancellation than ever before, but it also offers a natural sound and our AV Editor hailed the buds as being “the most comfortable Bose headphones [he’s] worn so far”.

Not only did we note that it was “dead silent” when wearing the buds outdoors and on public transport (yes that includes on flights too), but the buds work brilliantly during calls too. Unlike its predecessors, the 2nd Gen can better isolate your voice and hush your surroundings.
The QC Ultra (2nd Gen) also offers a more natural sound compared to its predecessor and some of its closest competitors too. We especially appreciated its handling of bass-heavy tracks, which sound less boomy and more rich and weighty.
