How to wearing?
Part of the cord is the “hold shape” type cord for a reason. if you have it “hanging” down from your ears you are wearing the earphones incorrectly. You probably need to swap the L and R cables… now get the cable so it exits the earphone “upwards” towards the top front of your ears. the “hold shape” cord will then wrap around the top of your ears. This is a very “stable” shape. and will hold even during rigorous activities.

Some tips for better sound
1. A proper seal is important to get well based on IEMs. Somebody was able to get a good seal with the rubber tips. If want to get better isolation and bass response, you can try the foam tips on earbuds.
2.If you want better sound, you can always tweak that on your soundboard EQ.
