It’s that time of year to view your personalized Spotify Wrapped. Each year, the music streaming service delivers favorite ways to learn more about your year in listening, along with new tricks to share.
What Is Spotify Wrapped?
Spotify Wrapped is Spotify’s annual wrap-up thank you to users and artists.
In addition to providing a deep dive into your listening habits for the past year (from January 1 to the Wrapped launch date), Spotify Wrapped celebrates the musical trends, podcasts, and audiobooks that made the biggest mark globally.
When Is Spotify Wrapped Available?
Your Wrapped summary appears in the Spotify app when it’s available.

The Spotify Wrapped site is the place to visit for updates about your Wrapped summary.
Typically, you’ll find your personalized Wrapped in late November into the first week of December.
When you open Spotify, you’ll automatically see the Wrapped feed, as long as your app is up to date.
If you don’t see it, tap the Wrapped filter > Your Stories to view it.
Who Can Access Spotify Wrapped?
Spotify Wrapped is a perk for all account holders (both Free or Premium).
But you do need to meet a few benchmarks:
- Streaming history that includes at least 30 songs, excluding Private Mode or tracks left out of your Taste Profile
- Play duration for at least 30 seconds each (for at least 30 songs)
- History of listening to a minimum of five different artists
What Does Spotify Wrapped Include?
In the Wrapped feed, you’ll see your listening habits over the last year.
You can select cards that correspond to your activity, including your top five songs of the year and a personalized top songs playlist, and share them with friends in Spotify Messages.

- The total number of listening minutes
- Top five songs and playlists
- Favorite artists and genres
- Podcast picks
- Top albums
- Listening archive that looks back at your streaming highlights
- Personalized thank you from one of your favorite artists
- Listening age to compare how your activity differs from or mirrors your peers
Share all your musical tidbits with friends by launching or joining a Spotify Wrapped Party.

One new feature is a Spotify Wrapped Party for sharing everyone’s musical journeys over the past year. Use the Share icon in your Wrapped feed or tap the Wrapped Party > Join With Code if you’re a guest.
Whether you’re new to this end-of-year perk or it’s something you come back to annually, if nothing else, Spotify Wrapped is a great way to relive some of your favorite music from the last year.
