Promix Grass-Fed Whey Isolate is a highly digestible protein powder that has been micro-filtered to contain less than 1 gram of lactose, which makes it suitable for individuals with sensitive stomachs. (Though, if you do toss it into a water bottle, leave it momentarily open so the gases can escape.) Reviewer Louryn Strampe loves the Peach Mango flavor, but she’d also recommend the Blueberry Pomegranate and Piña Colada. In addition to electrolytes, each packet also contains lion’s mane mushroom and magnesium L-threonate to boost cognitive health. Fortunately, according to Strampe, the mix doesn’t taste like shrooms, but it does have an earthy tang to it.
