Samsung reigns supreme in the world of Android phones at the moment, with multiple models from its latest Galaxy S25 lineup earning a spot on our list of the overall best phones for 2025. They’re sleek, powerful and — thanks to the new Galaxy S25 Edge — thinner than ever. However, they also don’t come cheap, with prices ranging from $800 to $1,660.

There are plenty of ways to get your hands on one for less right now. Our deal experts have rounded up all the best bargains available, including straightforward discounts, trade-in savings and new line offers at carriers. Deals are pretty consistent, but the details change frequently, and we’ll continue to update this page with all the latest info. Be sure to check back whenever you’re ready to upgrade.

The 2025 models feature a custom-built Snapdragon 8 Elite chip to help support the new AI features. Plus, the phones are outfitted with Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and feature aluminum frames. You’ll also get seven years of OS and security updates, which definitely takes your dollar further. Additionally, the S25 Ultra now has rounded edges (so it’s more consistent with the rest of the lineup) and a larger 6.9-inch display.

Price-wise, it falls between the S25 Plus and Ultra at $1,100, but you can get your hands on one for less right now thanks to tons of excellent offers.

How much does the Galaxy S25 lineup cost?

The four Galaxy S25 models are available in various storage configurations. Starting prices for each model are as follows:

    • Samsung Galaxy S25 price: $800
    • Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus price: $1,000
    • Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge price: $1,100
    • Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra price: $1,300

In terms of configuration upgrades, the base S25 RAM is increasing from the 8GB of its predecessor to 12GB of RAM, which means that all four phones will now start at 12GB of RAM. The regular S25 comes with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, while the S25 Plus and S25 Edge come with either 256GB or 512GB of storage. The S25 Ultra is available with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of storage.

Which colors does the Galaxy S25 lineup come in?

The flagship Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup (Galaxy S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra) comes in navy, icy blue, mint and silver shadow, as well as the online-exclusive colors blue-black, coral-red and pink-gold. The new Galaxy S25 Edge is only available in jet-black, icy blue and silver.

Should I buy the Galaxy S25 from a retailer or a carrier?

This depends on what you’re looking for. If you buy the phone from a retailer, the phone will probably be unlocked, meaning you can use it with any carrier. If you’ve been thinking about changing your phone plan sometime soon, this is a great way to get your hands on the new phone without committing to a carrier long term. However, if you already have a carrier, you might be eligible for offers on the S25 if you choose to add a line or trade in another device. If you’re planning on staying with your current phone plan, it’s worth seeing what your carrier is offering.
