While a lot of us have ended up using a fitness tracker or a smartwatch to keep tabs on our overall health, smart rings are smaller and often more comfortable — and the Galaxy Ring is a standout option. It does everything you’d expect, tracking sleep, energy and activity and is especially good for those who own a Samsung phone. It’s not cheap though, starting at $400, which is why you’ll want to take advantage of the best Galaxy Ring deals we’ve found below.

The Galaxy Ring is IP68‑rated water resistant, so you can wear it while swimming, though it’s not suitable for diving or high‑pressure water activities. Battery life can last up to seven days, depending on size and usage, and just 30 minutes of charging gets you to 40%. Note that the Galaxy Ring is only compatible with Android phones that can install the Samsung Health app.

This story is part of Samsung Event, CNET’s collection of news, tips and advice around Samsung’s most popular products.

If you’re interested in other Samsung devices, check out all the best deals on the Galaxy S25 phone lineup or the Galaxy Z Flip 7 or Galaxy Z Fold 7 to ensure you get the best price.

    Best Galaxy Ring deals

Typically sold at $400, you can purchase the Samsung Galaxy Ring at Best Buy in multiple sizes and colors and get up to $150 off. And if you have a similar device from Fitbit, Apple, Garmin, Samsung, Google or select other brands, you may score some trade-in savings.

Trade-in values vary greatly. Some items score as little as $5, while others get as much as $300. The largest value goes to newer Apple devices. That means you could score your Samsung Galaxy Ring for as little as $100 with an eligible trade-in.

Up to $150 off, plus more with trade-in

Regularly $400, Walmart is currently offering select sizes and colors for as little as $250.

Amazon is currently offering the $400 Galaxy Ring at up to $150 off.

Typically sold at $400, Samsung is currently offering $120 off this device. Along with that, if you’re a student or teacher, government employee, in the military or a veteran, a first responder or fall into a few select other categories, you may be eligible to take advantage of more savings. You can also save up to $150 when trading in an old device.

Remember that you can order a free sizing kit from Samsung to ensure your new Galaxy Ring fits correctly, too.

Save $120 instantly and more with trade-ins

The Samsung Galaxy Ring normally costs $400, and while AT&T does carry it, the carrier isn’t offering any discounts at the moment. However, you can order a free sizing kit or try on samples directly at select AT&T stores in person. Check the AT&T website to find participating locations in your area.
But AT&T is offering 50% off Samsung accessories when you buy them with an eligible Samsung device. Just be aware that certain terms and conditions apply.

What is the best Galaxy Ring deal right now?

We’re seeing some decent discounts on the Galaxy Ring right now, with some retailers offering some sizable discounts too, even without a trade-in. Best Buy , Amazon and Walmart all have up to $150 off the amazing smart ring with no trade-in requirement.

How we choose Galaxy Ring deals at CNET

Many of CNET’s deals experts have covered savings on top tech for more than five years, including wearables from popular brands like Apple, Samsung and Google. Our combined experience has helped us learn how to identify standout deals and uncover more creative ways to save when sales are slim. These include any straightforward discounts being offered by trustworthy retailers, as well as savings in the form of trade‑in offers or exclusive savings for service members and students.

The Galaxy Ring requires you to have the Samsung Health app, so while it’s not exclusively compatible with Samsung phones, it will only work with Android phones that can install the app. That means the Galaxy Ring cannot be used with iPhones or other Apple devices.

The starting price for the Galaxy Ring in the US, before any trade-ins or discounts is $400.

You can order the Galaxy Ring in titanium black, titanium silver and titanium gold.

You can order the Galaxy Ring in nine different sizes, running from size 5 through 13. It is important to note that Samsung says the Ring’s sizing differs from US standards due to its internal sensors. The company recommends ordering its free sizing kit before you place your order.
