It’s officially the best time of year to buy a TV. And you don’t even have to wake up at 2 a.m., ready to throw fists in a Walmart or Best Buy. While Black Friday proper — which falls on Nov. 28 in 2025 — will likely produce even more unmatched deals, there’s plenty of impressive price drops already worth grabbing.
We’re still holding out hope that the award-winning LG C5 OLED TV will get a Black Friday price drop, but otherwise, you don’t need to wait any longer to pick out your new TV. Now that Amazon and Best Buy have officially kicked off their Black Friday sales, we’re seeing several 2025 Hisense, TCL, Samsung, and Amazon Fire TV models down to record-low prices. We think the 2025 edition of The Frame, Samsung’s cult-favorite art TV, is probably the best TV of the year on balance. While you can find premium LG and Samsung OLEDs with better displays, they will cost a lot more, and they lack the cool factor you get with The Frame.
