- Users get one free session per category each month.
- Paid plan offers more videos for as low as $8.25 /mo.
Samsung is bringing guided fitness to its Health app through a new partnership with iFIT, a company known for its interactive training content. The update gives users access to premium workouts from iFIT’s professional trainers, right inside the Samsung Health app, expanding its fitness offerings beyond basic tracking and guided sessions.
Users can find the new iFIT videos in the app’s fitness tab, and Galaxy Watch owners can also view workout stats in real time along with their workouts, including heart rate, duration, and calories burned. The collection covers seven categories: high-intensity interval training, Pilates, yoga, strength, recovery, barre, and mindfulness. Each month, users can watch one on-demand video in each category for free, or subscribe for $9.99 per month or $99.99 a year ($8.25 per month) to unlock hundreds of additional sessions that update regularly.
The Bottom Line
Samsung Health now includes iFIT’s professional workout videos. Users get free monthly access to a few sessions or the option to subscribe for a wider library of guided fitness content.
